Looking to Purchase Assets from a Bankruptcy Sale?

Any interested purchaser will have an opportunity to inspect the bankruptcy assets for sale.  Potential purchasers will be offered information about and allowed to investigate the title thereto and the right of the Licensed Insolvency trustee to sell the assets, if they so choose.

Any potential purchaser will be assisted in conducting inspections and investigations concerning the bankruptcy assets for sale. These investigations are intended to satisfy potential purchasers of any concerns with respect to the nature, quality and the existence of the condition of any bankruptcy assets for sale.  However, the Licensed Insolvency Trustee will provide no representation, warranty or confirmation of condition of the assets sold. Further, no statement or picture or description of the items listed for sale, here or elsewhere, is expressed nor can be implied as a complete description, fitness of purpose, merchantability, quantity, condition or quality thereof. Potential purchasers shall be deemed to have relied entirely on their own investigation and inspection.
