C.E. Craig & Associates Inc. in its capacity as Licensed Insolvency Trustee servicing all of Vancouver Island with offices in Victoria and the Western Communities, is offering the following assets for sale. All assets for sale are offered on an “as is, where is” basis.

Any interested purchaser will have an opportunity to inspect the bankruptcy assets for sale.  Potential purchasers will be offered information about and allowed to investigate the title thereto and the right of the Licensed Insolvency trustee to sell the assets, if they so choose.

Any potential purchaser will be assisted in conducting inspections and investigations concerning the bankruptcy assets for sale. These investigations are intended to satisfy potential purchasers of any concerns with respect to the nature, quality and the existence of the condition of any bankruptcy assets for sale.  However, the Licensed Insolvency Trustee will provide no representation, warranty or confirmation of condition of the assets sold. Further, no statement or picture or description of the items listed for sale, here or elsewhere, is expressed nor can be implied as a complete description, fitness of purpose, merchantability, quantity, condition or quality thereof. Potential purchasers shall be deemed to have relied entirely on their own investigation and inspection.

Sports Memorabilia

C.E. Craig & Associates is a Victoria based licensed insolvency trustee firm.  Acting in our capacity as bankruptcy trustee for an individual bankruptcy estate, we are seeking expressions of interest in a collection of sports memorabilia.  Items include, but are not limited to:
 

  • Signed and framed hockey jerseys (e.g. Sidney Crosby, Old Timers),
  • Baseball collectibles such as signed pictures, baseballs, bats, and jerseys,
  • Autographed golf or lacrosse merchandise.
  • Basketball Jersey (e.g. Steve Nash)


All photos come framed, most of the jerseys are also framed, and the baseball and bats have their own cases. Nearly two thirds of the merchandise come with autograph authentication cards provided by authorized sports memorabilia trading companies which were received upon purchase.
