Insolvency Application Forms – Bankruptcy or Consumer Proposal

C.E. Craig & Associates Inc. offers a free consultation with a Licensed Insolvency Trustee.  At your free consultation we will go over all of you debt options –  including those offered by us.  Sometimes just developing and writing up a budget/financial plan is the biggest step to reducing your debt.  Additionally you can consider options such as reducing your personal spending and sticking to personal debt repayment goals.  However, at times, a more formal option is needed which involves the assistance of a Licensed Insolvency Trustee. Then you will need to fill out an Insolvency Application Form

The first step is to meet with our debt elimination managers.  After your meeting, you can decided on a bankruptcy or consumer proposal or other options.

The application forms will give you an idea of the types of information required to file a formal insolvency filing.  The forms do not have to be filled out prior to your first consultation, but you can review them in case you have questions about your individual circumstances.

If you haven’t already setup an appointment, feel free to contact us by Phone: (250) 386-8778 or email.

Insolvency Application FORMS

You will see that the application forms are 12 pages long (and an extra page from the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy).  Not all of the information requested will be applicable to you.  If the specific area does not apply, simply write a N/A in the box or strike it out.

On the first page of the application form, you will note a list of documents that are potentially required to be submitted with the completed application form.  At your first consultation we will indicate what specific types of documentation may be required from you.
